Dr. Wellborn is wonderful! She was incredibly thorough and explained my health issues clearly before starting any chiropractic treatment. I really appreciated how she took the time to make sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. My husband initially came to Acru for help with back and knee pain. Their consultation showed us that really there were many other symptoms that both he AND I could have benefited from chiropractic adjustments. It has definitely been an investment in our health to commit to the schedule but the whole team is very thoughtful and as accommodating as possible when it comes to making it work, financially and otherwise. I so hope that one day this work can be a part of our health insurance, even though that very well may be just a fantasy😕I’d love for as many people as possible to be able to benefit from the type of adjustments that you receive at Acru. My family has been to many chiropractors before and none of them have been like Acru. Acru is truly comprehensive and totally family-friendly (my 3 yr old son also receives adjustments). All in all, we’re just grateful to have the means and access to this high level of care.

I have been experiencing headaches and neck pain. My general care doctor just prescribed medication and it wasn’t working. I’ve been at Acru Health for a month and already feeling better. Thank you to the team! Plus the office is dog friendly!

I came into this office with severe neck pain—10 out of 10. I was literally in tears, taking ibuprofen every single day just to function (and we all know how unhealthy that is long-term). I decided to get back into chiropractic care and try a new office—not because anything was wrong with my previous one, but because I wanted a fresh start. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. I had my two-year-old son, Adam, with me, and they even had a small kids’ play area with toys and coloring books, which made the experience so much easier as a parent. I had my evaluation with Dr. Christopher, including X-rays that showed just how serious things were. My neck curve was only 1° (normal is 40°), my left shoulder was about half an inch lower than my right, and I had six areas in my neck that weren’t moving properly. It finally made sense why I was in so much pain. My symptoms included constant headaches, dizziness/vertigo, feeling off-balance, low energy, digestion issues, and poor sleep.
