I had an exceptional first impression at ANIMA Movement Center. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a calm, inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Dr. Bo is highly knowledgeable and has an easygoing, approachable manner that inspires confidence. After my assessment, he clearly explained the results, identified areas of concern, and outlined a thoughtful care plan. I left feeling well-informed and genuinely excited to begin my journey. The decompression table was a standout experience—surprisingly soothing and reminiscent of a restorative yoga session. It offered a chance to slow down, release tension, and fully relax, and I left feeling refreshed and well cared for. The staff were equally impressive, providing friendly, professional, and attentive support that made the entire experience smooth, reassuring, and positive from start to finish.

Incredible first visit with Dr. Bo the other day. Went in complaining of stiffness between my shoulder blades and tightness in my neck and shoulder. Dr. Bo was able to perform an adjustment on my back as well as my neck. My neck and shoulder are feeling so much better, with increased range of motion and minimal soreness. My boyfriend also went in complaining of limited range of motion in his neck. He was also adjusted by Dr. Bo and has been so happy with the results after just one visit. He has mentioned he is already sleeping better and waking up feeling refreshed. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Dr. Bo! You are amazing! You have two new very happy clients.

This is the best chiropractor in San Diego, hands down! Dr. Bo helped me a ton with mobility and stretching, which I now incorporate into my every day life for 10-15 minutes a day. The Anima movement center is a really great spot, tons of added services and specialty treatments are offered for longevity and recovery. The vibes are high, very calming place with friendly staff, experts in each of their services; from Chiropractic work by Dr. Bo, to massage therapy by Brendon and Olivia. Top rated Chiropractor and they're in Sorrento valley San Diego, super easy to get to!

After struggling with TMJ tension and discomfort, finding Dr. Bo at ANIMA Movement Center has honestly been life changing. From the first visit, he made me feel heard and took the time to understand what was actually causing my issues instead of just treating symptoms. The treatment approach was incredibly thorough, and after consistently working with him, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my jaw tension, tightness, and overall comfort. I genuinely feel better physically and mentally. You can tell Dr. Bo is passionate about helping people heal and move better. The entire space has an amazing energy, and the staff is welcoming and professional. If you’re dealing with TMJ, chronic tension, or mobility issues, I can’t recommend this place enough. Truly one of the best investments I’ve made in my health.

By far the best chiropractic experience I’ve ever had! This was only my second visit with Dr. Bo at ANIMA Movement Center, and once again I’m leaving feeling light as a feather and better than ever. Dr. Bo is amazing—he takes the time to check in, listen to what’s bothering you, and understand your goals. He explains step by step what he’s doing during each session and how it will help which definitely puts my nerves at ease and helps me understand exactly what to expect. The office itself is beautiful, fresh, and spotless. The vibe is calm and welcoming, with soothing music always playing in the background. I also love that the space is used for other wellness offerings like yoga and foam rolling. This session, I got to try their new state-of-the-art decompression machine, and it was absolutely life-changing! Dr. Bo set me up with headphones playing peaceful music, and I was able to fully relax and zen out. I also received an adjustment specifically for my TMJ and it was just what I needed.
