This is the 2nd time using Aero Automotive. I was previously going to the dealership. Had work done for a window issue. Process was straight forward, explained to me by Dan. Work done as stated and completed in a timely manner. I thought I had an issue after the work was completed but Dan explained the feature about the car had which I did not know. I learned something new that day. I’m impressed with the work and knowledge of the staff, especially Dan.

I had an excellent experience with this car service. I needed an in-depth inspection before driving back to New York the same day, and they were extremely thorough from start to finish. They provided detailed explanations, videos, and photos, which helped me clearly understand the condition of the car and what required attention. The service felt professional, honest, and very reassuring. The worker also gave us insightful advice, which made a big difference since we had a long drive ahead of us. I truly appreciated the time, care, and transparency they put into the inspection. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and detailed car service.

Came here for a smog check so I could take care of my car registration, and the whole process was super smooth. Shoutout to James -- really professional, took my info and walked me through everything clearly. I stopped by during my lunch break and was in and out in about 30 minutes, which was perfect. They even offered drinks and snacks, but I work super close so I headed back just in time to eat. Quick, easy, and great service, good price. Definitely recommend if you need a smog check.

I’ve been using Aero Auto for all my car maintenance needs for literally years. I really appreciate the professionalism and high quality work. They always provide me with a detailed, digitally accessible diagnostic that I can reference when making decisions. I really like this. After having had negative experiences with other mechanics in the past, I’ve been forever grateful to have found Aero Auto. I highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the service we received at Aero Auto I had gotten there about an hour late for my appointment, and knowing that we were going to Disneyland the next day, Dan made sure that he still got us in, which was very much appreciated. This was our first time using them, and we will definitely be returning for all of our Kia’s maintenance from now on. They have a very clear, concise estimate procedure that I loved. You get a text with it all documented and you check the services you’d like. Came in for an oil change, and all of the recommendations were nothing major all general maintenance and very reasonably priced. No drama, no high pressure, seems like a family run business still run on sweat and good ethics! We will definitely be getting all of the Kia’s maintenance done with them from now on very happy.!
