There are so many things I could say about Alex Saavedra but it wouldn’t all fit here. Alex recently helped us buy our forever home after my husband had such a great experience working with him when he sold his mom’s house 2 years ago. My husband normally recoils from anything remotely sales related (and the people who work in sales) but he had such a high opinion of his experience with Alex that he immediately thought of him when we were looking to buy a new home. Alex has made us feel like we are family in the way that he has looked out for and guided us through the whole process. He has also been very patient, kind, informative, and supportive with us, and he was/is always available or promptly responsive when we reached out to him for anything we needed during the home-buying process. We have had such an amazing experience working with Alex that we will be reaching out to him again very soon to sell our condo. This was by far the smoothest, easiest home purchase ever! Thanks to Alex who not only negotiated an offer I didn’t think would be accepted by the seller, he also negotiated several other perks.
