She is honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping people find the right home or get the best value when selling. Christopher Rossi and Valerie Narmontas did such a fantastic job guiding me through the selling process. They also did such an amazing job staging my home and bringing out the best of its features. Requesting more communication while handling with First time Home buyers. I recommend Jessica Gilbert for anyone looking for home for the first time or investment, please contact her. She is awesome, always available, following up with each and every step even after we completed the purchase. Highly active and professional. We had her during our First time Home buying process, I feel like we are blessed to have her. She helped us with everything where she was not supposed to. Whissel Beer group also has VIP buyer program, they provide a lot of complements to the buyers like free moving trucks, house warranty , termite inspection etc.

We had a great experience working with David Flores on our home purchase in Carlsbad. He was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His background in architecture was incredibly helpful — he noticed details we would have never seen and gave valuable insight about the home. Most importantly, he never pushed us and truly respected our requirements, especially wanting a one-story home with a view — even when other agents told us it didn’t exist. ***If you want to get a 2.25% interest rate in 2026, Frank Perez is the realtor you need.*** I've met many realtors since starting my first house search in 2016. Let me tell you, most won't even reply to you unless you have a bank pre-approval letter. I guess it's cool - time is money, I get it. But when you need guidance, expertise, and transparency, Frank’s business ethics and personal values differentiate him from the rest of the realtors. When I contacted Frank, I only asked him two things: 1. Can you get me a property in Otay Ranch? and 2. Can you help me get a low-interest assumable loan? Instead of asking for a pre-approval letter, or attempting to convince me to buy something else, or not answering the phone ever again - he listened to me, he held my hand, guided me from start to finish, and I was able to get the house of our dreams, where my family and I can build lasting memories. Frank is not only skilled in real estate negotiations and knowledgeable about the housing industry; he goes above and beyond to achieve the impossible, always listening to customers like me with unrealistic expectations, even during the most volatile economic times.
