I had been a patient of Dr. Shiroishi for about 2-3 years and had a very negative and disappointing experience where my eye almost got infected hence I've stopped going here. For the most part my annual checkups were normal. Most recently I wanted to try contacts and got fitted at Dr. Shiroishi's. However, the team of assistants gave me wrong information and missed giving me critical during the training process which caused me to risk getting an eye infection. One assistant specifically told me I could sleep 1 night with the contacts on. None of the assistants told me that I can't wear the contacts in water or in the shower. They also didn't tell me that I can't rinse the contacts container with water which was critical information missed. When I got home and tried putting on the contacts myself I had rinsed my case with tap water and then put my contacts in the contacts case. Immediately my eye turned red, was burning, and tears were pouring out. When I told this situation to the office, there was no accountability or remorse. It seemed they don't take their responsibilities to patients seriously instead trying to brush me off as soon as possible. Only when I sent a very detaile

Dr Beede is excellent. Great staff and they performed my testing with great detail. The explanations that were provided were also excellent. Recommended for eye care!

I just love Dr. Beede! I've been with him for years. If he notices even a little something, he has you come in before next exam to check and make sure it's nothing serious developing. He's a great Doctor.

Absolutely horrible experience.... Visit at your own risk....... Needed reading and long distance glasses..... They got both prescriptions absolutely wrong after waiting almost a month to be able to pick up the glasses......... After they got not one...but got BOTH prescriptions wrongo which I was obviously not a happy camper.and expressed my opinion and left.... I received a text message informing me to never go to their office again! They are the ones that messed everything up but somehow I'm the bad guy? They won't even take responsibility for their inappropriate actions that they themselves committed... Again use the optometrist at your own risk

The BEST optometrist you will ever find!!! Absolutely love how friendly everyone is from the moment you walk in and leave, both Allen and Lisa are just absolutely wonderful!!!! The location area is so beautiful 😍 you get a wonderful view as you wait, it is a short time to enjoy the beautiful scenery 🤭 because they work professionally fast without you feeling rushed, they interact with you making you feel at ease like if you have known them for years, it's very clean, they do have a large amount of glasses to choose from. I've been to other optometrist and I have to say they are my favorite!!!!!
