First time being here. Brought my two children for a first time appt and we were all treated with kindness and respect. Staff is very friendly and professional. I really loved that it felt like we werent rushed even with children picking out frames. We were seen right away after check in. Not once did we waited on them. I did feel a little like they were trying to up sell a bit but that could of be just me. I mean… it is a business after all. Either way, exellent experience, Dr Bass and the staff are awesome, they know what they are doing! Would highly recommend them and we will definitely be coming back :)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting EyeC Optometry, and I can honestly say that my experience was nothing short of excellent, all thanks to Mo! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. What a great Optometry location.

My first time visiting an optometrist and could not have gone better. From the receptionists, tech, Dr., and optician, everyone was super nice and professional. Their frame selections are vast! Highly recommend anyone to their Camden location. Btw, they except Medi-Cal!!!

This is my first time ever leaving review on Google!!! Avoid this clinic—Aggressive upselling and inaccurate prescriptions. If you value your eye health and your wallet, stay away from EyeC Optometry. I came here after stopping Ortho-K, and the experience was a nightmare. First, the front desk Vietnamese lady(who I suspect is related to the owner) tried to scare me into buying a almost $3000 hybrid lens, claiming my vision would deteriorate otherwise. This is predatory and medically dishonest for a 33-year-old. When I asked for trial lenses to get through my washout period, they flat-out refused to help. To make matters worse, the prescription they gave me was massively over-corrected (+0.75D too strong). I now have severe dizziness, "blue" tinted text, and I can't even walk safely because the floor looks distorted. When I called to fix it, they told me to "just suffer for 2 weeks" before they would even look at it. This place cares more about upselling expensive products than the safety and vision of their patients. Zero professional ethics. Go somewhere else where the doctors actually care about accuracy.

Came to this location for a new set of eyeglasses and was astonished by the service and quality of my new specs. I had a particularly positive experience with my technician and the office manager. Giau made the frame ordering process incredibly quick and easy while Monique was super helpful in helping me select the perfect frame that fell within my criteria. Will definitely be coming back!
