We had a great experience with Jonathan. Although it took a little while for the tow truck to reach us, we were in a more rural area, so that was completely understandable. From the moment he arrived, Jonathan was professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring. Being stranded is stressful, but he immediately put us at ease. During the long drive, he was easy to talk to, down to earth, and made the whole experience so much more comfortable than we ever expected. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work and cares about the people he’s helping. He was knowledgeable, confident, and handled everything with professionalism. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and treats customers with so much kindness and respect. Thank you, Jonathan, for turning what could have been a really stressful day into such a positive experience. Your company is lucky to have someone like you on the team. You absolutely deserve to be recognized for the outstanding service you provide and if anyone’s earned a raise, it’s you! We truly appreciate everything you did for us.

I had an exceptional experience with Jason, my operator, and with Anthony working support by phone. Together they helped me out promptly, safely, professionally, and with utmost courtesy. I felt taken care of like family. Any time you need towing, Jason and Anthony and American Towing are the ones you want. OVERALL TOTALLY SATISFIED! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Phil my tow truck driver was amazing very professional knowledgeable courteous and friendly Phil is very good at his job. He call and text me and communicated extremely well I do feel the dispatcher could work better with their driver and the customer though. If you are having to wait 3 1/2 hours for a tow be straightforward don’t say someone will be there in 45-1 hour that puts the tow truck driver in a bad position not knowing what to expect from the customer

Jonathan the driver, provided exceptional service during the transport of my vehicle from San Diego to Los Angeles. Throughout the trip, he was professional, courteous, and genuinely engaging. His friendly demeanor and sincere interest in his work made the experience particularly enjoyable. I greatly appreciate meeting individuals who take pride in their profession and consistently strive to deliver a high standard of service. We also coordinated the transport of an additional vehicle, and Josh handled all arrangements efficiently and with great attention to detail. His communication, professionalism, and customer-focused approach were outstanding and made the entire process smooth and stress-free

My driver Edwin was wonderful.. excellent knowledge and awesome customer service.....too notch driving......if you need a tow from this company please request Edwin..... customer service is outstanding...another service call with my jeep....my boy Edwin came through once again..... excellent service and knowledge of the customer needs.... request this driver...... awesome
