We had a great experience working with Aria Builders on a major home renovation project. We extended our home and renovated the entire first floor, so this was a significant project for our family. We worked closely with Amir and the Aria team, with Ali serving as our project manager. From the beginning, the entire team was extremely responsive, organized, and easy to work with. Amir and Ali were always reachable whenever we had questions or concerns, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout what could otherwise have been a very stressful renovation. One thing that especially impressed us was how well they managed the schedule. Amir initially told us that the full renovation would take about five months. During construction, we unexpectedly ran into a structural engineering issue that required a new review and caused approximately a three-week delay that was outside their control. Despite that, Aria carefully planned and rearranged other work so efficiently that we never felt like the project had come to a standstill. In the end, they handed the completed home back to us in about five months and two weeks — remarkably close to the original commitment despite the unexpecte

We recently completed a full remodel of our home with Aria Build and Construction, including our kitchen, three bathrooms, flooring, paint, cabinets, and more. They worked seamlessly with our designer, followed all drawings to perfection, and delivered exactly what we envisioned. They also coordinated smoothly with all the vendors we had selected for raw materials and even recommended a few vendors themselves—who turned out to be fantastic as well. Aria is fast without ever cutting corners, stuck to the 3-month timeline, and even worked evenings and weekends to stay on schedule. Communication was excellent, always responsive via text and quick to resolve any issues. Pricing was completely transparent with no hidden fees, only fair adjustments when we made changes. We worked with Aria for a major 450 sq ft home addition in Sunnyvale, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The project included a new master bedroom, two full bathrooms, a living room extension, a 15-foot sliding door, foyer expansion, sauna installation, hardwood floor installation/refinishing, and seven sun tunnels — all beautifully completed in under three months! From day one, Amir and his team stood out. They delivered a clear, detailed proposal just days after our initial meeting and were incredibly responsive to changes — often turning around updates within hours. We got proposals from other top-rated firms, but Aria’s speed, clarity, and value were unmatched. Most contractors quoted 5–6 months, and our friends warned us it would take 9–10. Aria Construction recently completed a total rebuild of our San Jose home from the ground up. We went into this a bit nervous as this is a huge project and we knew nothing about home construction, but Amir and his team did an amazing job walking us through every step of the process. We ended up going with his architect (Barzin) who was great at taking our input and creating a beautiful design and layout. Once construction began, Amir was good about keeping us updated on the status and what's coming next. He provided many recommendations along the way and helped point us to the best places to purchase materials, finishings, etc. A project of this size could have been really stressful, but thanks to Amir and his team the process went very smooth. Overall Aria provides very competitive pricing, does great work, are very efficient, and always delivered on schedule. I cannot recommend them enough (in fact already have) and will be using them for any and all future projects. Thank you Aria Construction for building us the home of our dreams!
