I love this yoga place. It's very cozy and the instructor's are very friendly. Their instructors always offer advice and corrections with your poses without imposing on your practice. They are also more affordable than most places in the downtown/usc area and is not crowded.

Love the classes here. They are small and intimate and the instructors always walk around and adjust your poses for you. Best part is each class ends with mediation and the instructors come around to give you a light massage with essential oils on your temples I’m working on getting here every day. Perfect mix of challenge, deep stretch and relaxation.

The Art of Living Studio is a great place for beginners such as myself to embark on the practice of yoga. Unlike other places that I have attended, this studio is adjacent to a garden; the experience feels in tune with nature. There is plenty of parking, and the staff is friendly. I have taken several classes already, and so far, my favorite class is the Tuesday Slow Flow Level 1-2 class at 5:45 P.M. The Yogini demonstrates movement or position options for us to do according to our skill or comfort level. I appreciate getting the option to take ownership of my yoga practice at my own pace and at my own flow.

The Art Of Living Studio is a lovely, relaxing and peaceful space with really affordable prices ($10 per yoga class or even less when you purchase their package deals). I'm new to the 'yoga world' and I really enjoyed every single class I've attended so far, from the more relaxing to the more intense ones. Definitely recommend to everyone who's looking for a nice relaxing space where they can gain more awareness of their body and mind.

The yoga studio is huge and beautiful. The aura inside brings you peace and joy. The instructors are exceptionally good! I would recommend everyone to try at least one class and I bet you will fall in love with studio and the practise.
