I was absolutely blown away by the quality of service provided by Artisan. I was provided with contact and communication throughout the process of making my dream engagement ring, and they made it so easy to provide feedback on what I wanted. I always knew I didn’t want a traditional ring, and I was so glad I found Artisan that provided more options than I could imagine for sapphire stones and settings! The whole team was so kind and so fun to work with, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome! I am absolutely obsessed with my ring and I smile every single day when I look at it. I cannot recommend Julio and his team highly enough. I came to them with a family heirloom diamond, and the experience designing my fiancée’s engagement ring (it worked!) exceeded every expectation. From selecting additional stones and materials to sizing and even trading in existing jewelry to offset the cost, they were helpful, accommodating, and an absolute pleasure throughout. The process was marked by consistent communication, detailed 3D modeling in both digital and physical wax form, and thoughtful post-proposal support including appraisal and insurance guidance. Thanks to Julio, I have the engagement ring of my dreams! I was very picky and didn't want a traditional diamond with a boring setting. After exhaustive shopping and coming up short, Julio was a breath of fresh air. He let me choose my perfect stone from his collection and did several mockups with setting options. The whole process was a joy! His team even resized it free of charge after a few months of wearing it and deciding it was a bit too loose. If you want a one-of-a-kind piece at a fair price, this is the place to go!!

Julio and the team at Artisan LA are absolutely incredible! My husband and I worked with them to design three rings for our wedding: my engagement ring, my wedding band, and my husband's wedding band. We both had very specific ideas about what we wanted, and Julio took the time to walk us through the entire custom design process and explain what to expect. From start to finish, everything was handled wonderfully. We were very involved throughout the process and even got to choose the center stone for my engagement ring, which is a ruby. Julio took our ideas and truly brought them to life. My engagement ring turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Initially, I didn’t think I wanted a matching wedding band, but I changed my mind closer to the wedding date. Even though the rings weren’t designed at the same time, Julio created a custom band that fits perfectly with my engagement ring. The craftsmanship is truly impressive, and the rings look gorgeous both together and separately. My husband, Robert, wanted his wedding band to be made from meteorite.
