Came to jump my car (roadside assistance through my insurance). Tried to jump my car but not even sure he hooked up the cables (I wasn’t watching over his shoulder, but now think maybe I should’ve checked). Told me it would be $400 for a battery, but I said I’d have a friend come get me to take me to get a cheaper battery and we’d install it ourselves. Well, my friend came and jumped my car instantly!

I had an amazing experience with Octavio from ASAP Towing. He arrived early, was extremely professional, and made the whole process so much easier during a stressful situation. I needed my car towed so I could get my tire and rim fixed, and Octavio handled everything quickly, carefully, and with great customer service. He was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. It’s not often you get service that feels this reliable and genuinely helpful. Stranded on the side of the road with one tire flat. Called and spoke with a kind lady who assured help was on the way in 45 minutes or less. Once they got my card info time just kept going longer. First 45 minutes, then an hour, then an hour and a half, then almost two hours. While I understand being busy, every time I called to check in (30-45 mins between), I was told “20 more minutes” at least three times. Tire shops nearby were closing soon and I almost missed the window to get a new tire so I could go home. Then they charged me $10 a mile. I looked up the distance from where I was to the tire shop and it was 1.5 miles. But the driver bumped it up to 2.2? Feels scammish. Won’t be using this service again.

My Honda had starting issues and needed to be towed from my office parking garage to the repair shop. My roadside assistance claim was dispatched to ASAP Towing, and the service was excellent. The tow truck driver, Mayilar, was very friendly, fast, and extremely helpful. He arrived on time, jump-started my car to get it out of the garage, carefully loaded it onto the tow truck, and delivered it to the repair shop quickly. I would highly recommend ASAP Towing and especially recommend Mayilar for his professionalism and great customer service.
