Great customer service overall! Joaquin Benavides was the sales representative who helped me at the Long Beach Town Center location, and I had a great experience. I wasn’t feeling well that day, and Joaquin, along with his team, made sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. They gave me a great deal, and most importantly, I was able to get everything done right on the spot without a long wait. I really value great customer service—understanding the customer’s needs, making the process easy, and getting them out the door happy and satisfied. I especially appreciated how quick they were because I’m definitely one of those customers who gets impatient waiting in long lines! 😄 Thank you, Joaquin and the team, for making my experience so easy and positive. I truly appreciate the excellent service!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience at Ashley Furniture! We had the pleasure of working with Nelson, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and helpful from start to finish. We purchased furniture to complete three bedrooms in our new home, and Nelson made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. He really took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. We had a great experience at Ashley, and a big part of that was because of Matthew. We had a lot of questions and wanted to take our time looking at different options before making such a big purchase. Matthew was extremely patient with us from beginning to end. He answered every question we had, helped us compare different furniture and configurations, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured into buying something. He gave us the information we needed and allowed us to make the decision that was right for our home. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference, especially when you're spending a significant amount of money on furniture you plan on having for years. Thank you, Matthew, for your patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Ashley is lucky to have you. We had a five-star experience and will definitely ask for Matthew again when we come back!

We bought a couch that was absolutely perfect for our home!! Our sales associate was awesome and super knowledgeable. There is a lot to pick from as far as furniture stores go but this was super easy and it got delivered within a week. You don’t need the insurance.

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Sylvia Bernal. Who was very polite and knowledgeable. I explained the situation I was having with my knee being bone on bone and I needed a good chair that I can feel comfortable in after my surgery. She showed me a few chairs and I sat in them and one was a lift chair unfortunately I couldn’t use that one. She showed me another one That was a recliner and had power control with it. She allowed me to use the remote to show me the different things the Chair came with. I sat there for a while using the remote and it just felt so good. She was so kind and warm speaking with me. We went over the price. We went over the delivery date and she walked me through on how someone would be Reaching out with the date and time that they’ll be arriving. She explained the disposal of the chair that I have in my home now And let me know that that gentleman would be reaching out to me. Which he already has and he’ll be giving me more of a window as it gets. As I said, I have to give her a five star For how she helped me through everything.
