Buzz, his Dad, Jose at the front desk, and the car repair specialists did a thorough job on both diagnosing what was needed, and updating things needing replacing or repair to keep my car safe and working well. They do a wonderful job and are a pleasure to work with. Dad Larry also figured out what could give my older car more "oomph" for getting up San Francisco's steep hills when needed! I've been working with them for years and highly recommend their service!

I am so impressed by not only the quick and thorough resolution of my auto problem, but the courtesy and kindness of every person I met. My auto was towed to this shop late on a Friday evening. And they immediately assessed the problem and promptly ordered the part to be delivered on Saturday. By 3 pm on Saturday I was driving my car home. Even though I live across the bay, I will use their services in the future. I have total confidence in their work and appreciate being treated respectfully. Highly recommend this shop.

Amazing service. Great communication; friendly and professional. We took our 2010 Honda Civic Hybrid in to figure out why the AC wasn’t working. Although the fix would’ve been too expensive given the car’s age and worth, the team at the Automotive Clinic explained the issue in clear detail, texted us photos of their findings and the issue, and provided several options should we wish to move forward. Very satisfied.

Problems with starting the car which originated from bad battery cables. They diagnosed the problem and later tested for any potential battery drain in our old car. AAA accompanied us to the garage, so it was a spontaneous visit. The garage was able to get the new parts and complete everything at a reasonable price within 2 or 3 hours. Great service and a great price given the neighborhood that they're in
