My 2017 Chevy Traverse transmission finally gave out on me and during my time of frustration Patrick actually opened the door for me when it was closed. From the get Patrick is straight forward and honest and makes phone calls to be as transparent as possible with pricing and turn around time. This helped me decide to replace my transmission instead of giving up on my car. Patrick and his colleagues have been nothing but professional and highly knowledgeable in their field. I highly recommend. My car (she) was always in great care and they have her running smooth. Thank you!

Both Patrick and Chris at the front desk are incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, helpful, and trustworthy. Services are a little pricier than other places, but completely worth it. I recommend it to all of my friends.

Patrick is so fantastic along with his entire team… They helped me incredibly at a time of great need with our Mazda. This car is old, but it has so much sentimental value and I was really elated And helping by the outcome and truly moved by the commitment to helping save a car 🚙 like this one that was not in the best of shape when we brought it in. Also, this team’s commitment to working at a very high value and really over delivering is truly remarkable. Highly highly recommended! We so hope you get to work with this amazing team…

So amazing service, and if I could give them 6 stars on google I would. Came in for a check engine light on my bmw. Was super friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the issue, but I would go back in a heartbeat. I tried to give him cash, but wouldn’t take the money. It is really hard finding an honest mechanic in San Francisco that knows his stuff on German cars. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Well recently took my Grand Caravan in and there was an unexpected extra issue that had to be taken care of so more than I originally planned on spending and an extra day or so... But that being said I'm very appreciative of the attention to detail and the some times hard truth (Honesty) that was given, the alternative could have been much worse. Thanks Guys! The Van is running smooth and I don't expect any trouble for awhile to come. The service was very professional and the owner Patrick is a calm, knowledgeable, doesn't beat around the bush, honest man that was a pleasure to have done business with.
