Nice plaza with plenty of good options from sweet treats to groceries also have places for a quick bite and conveniently located between fast streets and not too far from the freeway.

I ordered a coffee pot online to pick up at the Balboa location. When I arrived I went to the front desk for my order aa I did many times before. No one was as the desk & only one cashier with at least 8 people in line. After waiting 10-15 minutes, a woman approached me to help with my order. However, she told me I had to go to the very back of the store for pick up orders. I walked to the back of the store where there were make shift bins set up with customers to retrieve their orders. However, the sign stated you needed a scan code from Kohls' email, which I never received. After waiting in another line, someone was able to help me. Ordering online for pickup is supposed to save time. Perhaps Kohls could put a sign at the front desk for online orders to go to the back of the store. This setup is inconvenient, and not conducive to those with walking impairments.

this shopping center has very good variety of shops and restaurants ..they have a huge parking and parking has not been difficult here..

Persian food is healthy and super taste. I highly recommended these place. The costumer service is awesome and price is super affordable.
