Milpitas is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Milpitas follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I got this room for my mother-in-law to hide her while we were surprising my wife. The room was decent. But not so good service. Very rude maids. 1) The hotel maid let herself in the room twice without knocking or any notice of entry, claiming that she had left her phone in the room and we had stolen it. It turns out one of the other maids took it for her. 2) We had asked for a late check at noon/12 pm, which they agreed to while checking in. On the day of check-out, the hotel maid first came at 10 am asking if she was ready to leave. My mother-in-law advised her of her late check-out request. The maid returned at 11 am, asking if she was ready to go. She again, advised the maid of the late check-out request.

First off, nice looking spot. Wasn't bad, and it didn't feel too sketchy. We walk into the office to check in for the night and talk to the guy behind the desk. I don't recall his name but he was Indian. When asking for my ID to check in, he breaks out a calculator and silently starts tapping on his computer, staring at my id like he thinks it's fake, and insists on taking my guest's ID to scrutinize as well. Which is entirely irrelevant to my checking in to the room, as the age of my guest makes no difference. Now, I'm 18 years old, and so I recognize the fact that some discretion may be taken, but the way he treated us just because of my age was rude and impolite. After about five or ten minutes of his staring at my ID and silently typing and clicking on his computer, he finally gave us the key to the room I booked. When I thought this odd experience was over, it wasn't. This man stood, hands on his hips, right against the window and watched us from the office grab our suitcases from the car and march up the stairs to our room. We were unsettled to say the least. Once we were in our room, it wasn't bad. The room seemed nice, if not a little hospital feeling what with how echoey

First time in this hotel. I will call it a Motel... Got there at 230pm. The assigned room second floor keys did not work!! Walked back and got assigned another room. Room was two beds instead of my reservation of one queen bed. The room smelled like cigarette. It was obvious used to be an smoking room. Bathtub/sofa chair/micro had signs of cigarette burns or holes. Wall by the entrance door it was paint touch up but you still can see the write on the wall! Refrigerator is old and freezer has not been defrosted, micro very old and stained. Bathtub in addition of all the cigarette stains is very old and when standing on it you can feel the floor cracking (soft spots). As I mentioned I checked in around 230 pm, digital clock in the room said 935 am (was not set up). In addition to what I mentioned before, Carpet, toilet seat need to be replace and room paint!! A/c, bed and TV were fine. But overall room condition is old to include receptacles... Hotel is very well light up outside and it was quiet. It needs a total makeover!!!! I was not informed if breakfast is available. Second day the keys did not work on my room and have to go to the office to get new ones! Good lo
