For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, how long is the wait at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. American restaurants typically run lunch and dinner services with a quieter stretch in between, coffee shops open early, and many kitchens close earlier on Sunday. Cards and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere, a tip of 15-20% is customary for table service, and sales tax is added at the register.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 5–9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (408) 963-2092. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is besteaka.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 700 reviews, which is a strong result for a steakhouse in Campbell and suggests consistent service.

Campbell is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Campbell is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

This is exactly the high-end experience I was looking for! Everything from the ambience to the service to the delicious food was perfection! Right when you walk in, they offer you a little serving of bone broth that was delicious. We went there for my sonβ€˜s birthday and they gave him a birthday card with a two dollar bill in it! I’ve never had that experience at a restaurant before! Our waitress was phenomenal and you can tell she’s worked at high-end restaurants for years! The food was to die for, every single bite.. all the way to the desserts! I will be going back over and over again and can’t wait! Oh, and on the way out, they offer you a little to go peach tea! Along with a little candy buffet table of Italian candies. I could go on and on!

Upon checking in for your table, you are greeted with a glass of prosecco or sparkling cider. We made a reservation so there was no wait. The restaurant is well decorated, modern. Our waiter was Rosanna, very welcoming and helpful. There is a large variety of food options from caviar, hand shucked oysters, crab legs, poke, to prime rib and beef Wellington. There is also all you can drink orange juice, cucumber infused water, and pineapple agua Fresca. The waiters are very good at keeping up with picking up your used plates. They also fold your napkin neatly and push in your chair while you are away gathering more food. The wait staff is very attentive, they noticed that I tripped on a floor mat and made sure to fix it right away. The bathrooms are great too, each toilet has a bidet and they offer a salt scrub for your hands that leaves you feeling refreshed! This buffet is pretty pricy $630 for four people. It’s a splurge, but a nice way to treat yourself!

Absolutely amazing. Hands down the best. Stake restaurant, we've been to in the area. We were met at the door with a warm cup of bone broth. We were then escorted to our tables past a glass wall. Allowing us, I look at the kitchen. The place was not too loud and very warm and inviting. It was not a stale or stuffy atmosphere at all. Kimberly hour server was very informational and friendly. Jose kept our drinks filled at all times and we can't say enough for the rest of the staff that kept our food arriving. And our table clean. We had our 8-year-old with us. And he was on his absolute best. Behavior the entire time because he felt that this was a very special place and he was treated very special. We had the filet, Mignon Oscar, the duck and the salmon steak, all were absolutely fabulous.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Service from start to finish was amazing. Food recommendations were spot-on. I wasn't planning on getting pasta, but our waiter let us know it's fresh and well recommended. We had the Tajarin al Tartufo and it was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. Of course the kerwee ribeye (medium rare) was amazing. It had a sauce, but the crust was so flavorful that the sauce was unnecessary. Even the truffle fries with their cheesy dip were great. I had to ask for a little extra of that dip for my leftovers, and I ended up with a generous portion. We took a lot of food home because we had to have dessert. The souffle was very light and airy, with more flavor than something that delicate should be able to have. My only regret is that I didn't try this place sooner. I didn't expect an amazing steak experience in the Pruneyard.

We arrived early for our 7:30 reservation but didn't get seated until 8. Minor delay, but they handled it well by bringing out this amazing warm chicken broth in a tea cup, I know right - the class, while we waited. Fresh, flavorful, and honestly a great way to be kept on standby prior to the meal. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was this open kitchen with these huge windows where you can watch everything happening, from the Michelin award-winning chef to support staff - which is always fun. Once seated, they were great about our non-dairy request, though there was a small hiccup with the bread at first that they fixed right away. Now the food. Almost everything was phenomenal. The Kerwei rib eye and steak tartare were incredible, but the roasted bone marrow? That was the absolute showstopper of the night. The asparagus was the only thing that was just okay (granted, relative to the other offerings), but notably, it was the only non dairy option we had. We like some heat, so the chillies we requested on the side complemented the dishes beautifully. Aside from the food, the little details really impressed us: heated toilet seats and a salt scrub for your hands. It'
