I had two recent appointments here and unfortunately had a very poor experience. I paid over $600 for lightening and vivid color services, expecting to work directly with the owner. However, significant portions of the service were performed by an assistant without my consent. The appointments were also heavily overbooked—I spent over 10 hours in the salon across two visits, much of that time waiting. More concerning was the outcome. My hair has sustained significant damage, including breakage in the front where an entire layer was overprocessed and broke off, requiring me to cut bangs to cover it. The overall condition of my hair is now extremely dry, brittle, and straw-like—the worst it has been in over 25 years of coloring my hair. There were also technical issues during the service. My color was rinsed prematurely, which removed pigment and required reapplication, leading to additional unnecessary processing. My eyebrows were also affected during the service and had to be corrected afterward at my own expense. I reached out directly to try to resolve this, but was only offered a partial refund that does not reflect the extent of the damage or the corrective work now require

I can honestly say this was the BEST hair experience of my life! Getting my hair permed was completely seamless and so quick. I’m beyond happy with the results. A huge thank you to Freddy Silva for his outstanding work. He really took his time to walk me through everything, from choosing the right rod size to explaining each step of the process. I felt completely comfortable and confident in his hands the entire time. What I appreciated most was how thoroughly he explained how to care for my perm afterward. Since my hair is virgin, it took beautifully and I couldn’t be more excited about how it turned out! I’m already looking forward to coming back in three months (and maybe going even tighter next time 😉). I would absolutely recommend getting your hair permed here or any type of styling. You’re in amazing hands!

I've been going to this spot for about 10 years. Freddy and his wife, Candace are great people. This businees moved up the hill to a beautiful new spot, and I really dig it. Since I have known them, they are always focusing on developing their skills, offering new services, or treatments and have a great selection of products for all customer needs. Freddy has a ton of skill and is very efficient. He can fix bad haircuts, color and really nail the look you are trying to achieve.

I have been coming to Bespoke Hair to see Sheila for about 18 months. Sheila is an exceptional stylist. She suggested I do a perm to achieve the look I wanted. I trusted in her and loved it. And then at the end of last year when (although I love the perm look) I decided that perm maintenance was a bit too much, she helped me transition away from that style too. I highly recommend Sheila. I also recommend Freddy, the salon owner, too. Sheila has just gone on maternity leave - and I wish her all the best while she’s off. Freddy took me on as a client and did a great job. Bespoke Hair is a fantastic salon.

Bespoke is such a gem! I went to Candice to get my hair done - I’m always a little nervous because it’s hard to find people comfortable with coarser curly hair (and I have a lot of it). Candice was amazing, from detangling my curls in the bowl post wash/condition, to blow drying it quickly, and flat ironing it with ease! She also did a great cut for me, which I needed after over 9 months of procrastinating while looking for a new salon and stylist! I was shocked when I realized I was there LESS THAN TWO HOURS! She is quick, efficient, really educated in all types of hair and she encourages her staff to be educated too! The salon atmosphere is warm, friendly, and immaculately clean. I am so grateful to Candice and her team for always taking care of my mom, and now me! Pricing is super fair and competitive and they even offer specials on some weekdays for add on treatments if you do blowouts, cuts or color. It is so nice to find an upscale salon that is accessible and on point! I can’t wait for my next appointment! Thank you, Candice and the Bespoke team!
