I wanted to recognize one of your associates, Samara, because she absolutely made my day. This was actually my first time ever shopping at Bloomingdale’s. I’ve always felt a little intimidated walking in, but Samara immediately made me feel so welcome. She went above and beyond helping me find the perfect shoes, and she was genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. Beyond helping me shop, she took the time to recommend wonderful places to grab dinner and even suggested a local trail to explore while I’m visiting. It never felt like she was just doing her job! It felt like she truly cared about making my day a little brighter. She has such a warm, bright and joyful presence that made what could have been an intimidating shopping trip one of the highlights of my day. Employees like Samara are incredibly special, and I hope she knows what a positive impact she has on the people she helps. Thank you, Samara for your kindness. I’ll remember your generosity and warmth long after I’ve forgotten which shoes I bought 💓 Bloomingdales is so lucky to have you!

My 15 year old son was in some need of some new shoes. With school, being active and being out with friends they get beat up. I hadn’t had luck trying to find something he liked not to mention customer service at multiple stores not being helpful (a huge bummer and makes me want to cut shopping short). I just wanted someone to listen to him with what he was looking for. I was recommended Bloomingdale’s by a friend and gave it a shot. Once we got there and found the men’s shoe section we immediately got offered help by a worker named Isaiah. Oh my goodness, a perfect shopping experience! He was so kind and sweet, helpful and listened. He made the experience feel personal and made us feel comfortable to where we didn’t feel like just a customer. The section was very clean and organized making it easy to look around. Time flew by so quick! My son found a pair he absolutely loved that felt good and went with his style perfectly. Safe to say we will be back and the drive from Temecula was worth it. Thank you so much Isaiah!

From the moment he greeted me, his customer service was attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Isaiah listened to what I wanted, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the entire shopping experience feel effortless and personalized. Thanks to his expertise, I walked away with exactly what I had envisioned and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I had an amazing experience at Bloomingdale's thanks to the wonderful sales ladies, Pamela and Myriam. They genuinely took their time with my husband and me, offering invaluable tips on how to layer Bond No. 9 perfumes and colognes. We tried countless samples, and they were patient and never rushed us once. Their exceptional customer service made the whole experience enjoyable. We left feeling confident in our choices and truly appreciated their expertise. Highly recommend visiting them!

As a thriller and romance author, I’m always noticing details that add character to people and scenes, and that includes things like fragrance and style. I stopped by Bloomingdale’s specifically to look for a new men’s cologne and was impressed with the selection. The fragrance section has a strong lineup of high-end brands, which makes it a great place to explore different scents if you’re looking for something new. The displays are well organized and easy to browse, and the presentation feels polished without being overwhelming. The store itself has the classic Bloomingdale’s feel. Clean layout, well curated departments, and plenty of room to move around while shopping. The staff was helpful and professional while assisting customers in the fragrance area. Overall it’s a great stop in Fashion Valley, especially if you’re looking for quality fragrances or higher-end fashion items.
