George in perfume is wonderful. 3 months ago, i came in asking for Shalimar but you were out. He gave a sample and suggested I check back in a month or so. Today, I came to the store and george was working. He is a breath of fresh air, he has a beautiful energy, and an enthusiasm for his work. I enjoyed my shopping experience both times, because he made me feel special. - thx george

Wanna feel judged and less than acceptable? This is your place. Every... and I'll repeat... EVERY sales clerk that graced me with their attention looked me up and down before speaking to me. True story. While my monthly allowance is greater than their quarterly pay check... each sales clerk had the same approach. Condescending and fatigued. It's clearly a phone sales business model for uber wealthy. Why did I go to Neiman Marcus? I was looking for a bottle of the iconic Fracus perfume by Robert Piguete which their website indicated is sold in store in Fashion Valley SD. Not true. Waste of time, fuel and energy. Just a big bummer that made me feel bad about myself after their staff made it clear I didn't belong.

Wifey likes to "get her steps in" by going to this store. Actually we park and walk through the mall to this store. Where she's greeted by the La Mer sales girls like she's a long lost friend. I have no idea how much I spend there but, it's a great product and you can't beat the exceptional level of personal service we recieve here.

Yesterday we went to buy a pair of Chanel sunglasses that my best friend fell in love with. We were very excited as this is her first big purchase. We found them at this boutique and we decided to purchase, the sunglasses did not have the price on them so we asked the woman for it. She said it was the same price as another pair ( the other pair was different shape and color and bigger than the ones we were asking about, again we are new at this so we assumed she was right). We noticed in store that the display ones were scratched from the top part ( we assumed we would get new ones, because who would sell scratched Chanel sunglasses ? And why would she sell us low quality product? It’s Chanel! But again , we’re new at this so we didn’t check what she packaged). We got home and opened them and it was the display ones! We were so disappointed , had we known she was going to give us the display ones , we would have not purchased them, we obviously wouldn’t want those. So we went online to Chanel because we thought ok let’s just order some online and return these.
