Blue Ova was an enormous support throughout my fertility + pregnancy journey. I saw many different practitioners and loved each one of them. They all made me feel cared for and listened to, during a time when the typical medical process can feel quite clinical and exhausting. Each acupuncturist asked thoughtful questions, followed up on previous concerns, took careful notes, and were always generous with their time and knowledge. I'd highly recommend Blue Ova to any women who are looking for support with their health.

Went in at 37 weeks pregnant with a breech baby, got a consultation super quickly and an appointment and moxa the next day. I think the acupuncture and moxa combined with spinning babies techniques flipped my baby in less than a week (confirmed via ultrasound). I am the least “woo woo” person and I felt significant movement after moxa and I definitely think if your baby is breech it is worth trying. Blue Ova is a really nice facility and all of the practitioners I’ve seen are super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I've been seeing Mollie at Blue Ova for nearly a year now and it has been one of the best investments in my physical and mental health! Blue Ova supported me with both acupuncture and naturopathic supplements when I first started trying to conceive, were instrumental in my recovery after a miscarriage, and have been wonderful partners in my care during my current pregnancy. Mollie in particular is an expert practitioner and has a knack for reading symptoms to identify underlying sources and treat accordingly. She has the perfect balance of empathy & care, merged with a candid & no-BS attitude that I appreciate in holistic practitioners. Blue Ova has been such a valuable addition to my prenatal care!

Mollie at Blue Ova was instrumental in my pregnancy care. When unexpected sore spots from the changing weight distribution would pop up, she would look into them thoroughly and I would notice an almost immediate shift. Would highly recommend her to anyone going on the pregnancy journey.

Blue Ova is a must for anyone on a fertility journey. I went to acupuncture 1-2 times a week for over a year and also followed their supplement plan. They helped me navigate the complexities of IVF and helped me advocate for myself during a very difficult time. I credit their care with a successful outcome and I'm sure it helped me feel great during my pregnancy. The team is lovely, professional, and deeply invested in their patients. I miss seeing Allison and team every week!
