We recently came here to upgrade our Engagement Ring. We bought a diamond from Ariel (stunning) and had it sent to Tacori w my original Tacori Engagement band to upgrade. I always stare at it thru the day. It’s just STUNNING! This review is a little long because we did so much with him and he did so much for us. He deserves a proper review. Buying a diamond is scary and a big investment. It’s a long-term investment. It was our second time buying a diamond and this one is more expensive, so it was a little scarier. But Ariel put us at ease immediately! He is so nice and warm and fun and just wants to please you and make sure it’s the right diamond for you- with absolutely no sales pressure. It was a very relaxed, pleasant atmosphere, not stuffy or salesy at all. That was really important to us and he is more than willing to explain everything and teach you anything you need to know. He is very patient and transparent. (I can be very analytical and tough where my husband is a little more easy going) ;) You definitely do not have any pressure to have to buy on the spot with Ariel. We did because Ariel is so warm and like an old friend when you’re with him And we attached that feelin

I worked closely with James to craft the perfect engagement ring. The process was easy, quick, and James kept me informed every step of the process. The ring and the diamond are impeccable and the absolute best price I found after extensive research. 10/10.

I LOVE MY RING!!! A couple years ago, my now husband & Ariel worked together to create the most beautiful ring. It honestly exceeded my expectations, by A LOT! All my husband knew was I wanted oval & gold & they worked together for weeks, or months to create what I have now. I’ve had this ring for over 3 years now & have never had any issues at all. I take it in at least once a year for cleaning & they are always available. I always feel welcomed & loved when I go in. Ariel is easy to reach, always effective & responsive. I can’t imagine a better place for such a special ring 🙏❤️ Thank you Ariel & team!!!

After doing some initial research in both physical and online retailers, I decided to give Brilliant Diamonds a shot due to their favorable ratings. The first impression that stood out is the friendliness and approachability Ariel (and James) both convey. The service and knowledge they provided to a first time buyer exceeded my expectations. The turnaround was quick and Ariel is very receptive to any feedback, going back to the drawing board with designs based on changing decisions. The prices offered for the quality is very reasonable whereas many online retailers charged thousands more for ring of similar traits and quality. I would highly recommend Brilliant Diamonds to any potential customers and will most definitely return should I be interested future jewelry or services.
