After converting my single-family home (in Mid City) into a duplex and rebuilding the detached garage into a 1 bed ADU at the same time, I needed very specific insurance coverage and quickly learned that few brokers in LA actually want to deal with a project like that. Another agency I briefly spoke to really dragged their feet and quietly ghosted me. Seemingly too many moving parts, no easy fix, and likely not enough commission to justify the effort. I reached out to William over a year ago regarding Builders Risk and General Liability Insurance for a construction project.
