It is rare to find a business that genuinely cares about quality and value instead of just chasing a fast dollar, but Busy Bee Locks & Keys is the real deal. They deliver old school, high quality service that is hard to come by these days. I brought in a key for my 2017 Chevy Volt that was completely falling apart. Daniel handled the job and was a total professional. His communication was spot on, he showed up exactly when he said he would, and he had a brand new key cut and programmed in about 30 minutes flat. To put that into perspective: the dealership wanted to charge me $500 and keep my car the entire day. Busy Bee did the exact same high quality work for $125 and had me on my way in half an hour. For a non-emergency situation in which I lost my keys to my home office filing cabinets, Busy Bees provided a non destructive solution to regaining access to my files. In less than 24 hours they scheduled Kyle to check & create new keys. He was awesome, opened and provided replacement keys for the filing cabinets without damaging them! I am extremely grateful and happily recommend their services.

This downtown location is the closest one to where I live, and parking can be a little tricky at times, but I am so glad that I came to this location to get a Spare Key FOB made for my Toyota 4Runner! Travis provided excellent service during my visits, I had to come twice because the first time they didn’t have the correct key available, but overall the process was quick and easy and I truly felt like Travis took great care of me as a customer and honestly made me really happy to come back there anytime! I would absolutely visit this location again for any of my key / lock needs and I would highly recommend it to anyone else who is considering going here! If they can help you, they will! I am a very satisfied customer, thank you Travis!

I had Busy Bees install door ring opener, and was very happy. Today they installed a gate master lock on my gate. Fisher and Nestor did a beautiful job! I’m thrilled with their work!!!!
