5/5 Stars – Absolutely Fantastic Service! I can’t recommend The Key Crew enough! After dealing with other companies that couldn't figure out how to fully program a new key fob and fix my car's push-to-start system, these guys came through completely. I originally called the dealership, but they were outrageously expensive, didn't have the part in stock, and put me on a waitlist without even being able to schedule an appointment. I ended up finding The Key Crew through my AAA coverage, and I am so grateful I did. They were fast, trustworthy, and very affordable. I’ve learned the hard way how difficult it is to find reliable service in a pinch, so finding them was a total lifesaver. I will definitely be ordering a backup key from them soon just to be safe. Thank you so much for the outstanding work!

Second time using these guys - Jay not only worked quick but was also very personable. Great guy, knowledgeable about the issues I was having, and friendly. Fees are much below the BS they charge you at the dealer AND much much quicker. Will use these guys for any key related issues in the future.

I needed a non-fob key for an older Mercedes. The Key Crew had the blank in stock and cut the complicated Wafer type keys quickly. They even tested the key for me in all the vehicle locks… door, trunk, glove box to make sure there were no issues. First class service and a good price from The Key Crew!

AAA referred me to The Key Crew, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From the start, their technician Jay communicated about his E.T.A. and even provided a courtesy call when he was 20 minutes out. Upon arrival, Jay was courteous, professional, patient and exceptionally knowledgeable. The entire experience was smooth and handled with a high level of expertise. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and would highly recommend the Key Crew to anyone in need of prompt and professional service. Thank you Key Crew!
