CalHomeCo built a detached ADU for us in 2024. In short, this company is fantastic. The quality of work is near flawless (and we've been using the ADU for over a year now) and the people are all great to work with. We've owned our home for a long time and hired many contractors over the years. On most projects there are always headaches or problems of some sort, so we were very concerned about who we hired for something this big. The ADU build went smoother than expected and even better than many smaller projects we've done. Thanks to Brian, Shawn, Pete, Grant...and all the folks at CalHomeCo who really took the stress out of the whole job for us. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys...you won't regret it!

Steve Poole and the CalHome team just finished up our 13-month 2nd story add-on and brought our dream home into reality. Throughout the project, Steve was communicative, thorough, and ensured that things were done right. CalHome came in on budget and were the most flexible when it came to negotiating the details of our contract due to us wanting to do a lot of the detail work ourselves. This was a huge project for us and CalHome worked around our schedule, worked with us to resolve problems, and never pushed back on quality issues that we raised. They left us with a beautiful home without a lot of headache. 5 stars!

Highly recommend CalHomeCo. I did a very complex 1,000sq/ft two story addition at my house in Mission Hills. This was a full gut job plus a large addition- they essentially built me a new house. Steve Poole was the project manager and he was amazing. We set a very aggressive timeline and the CalHomeCo team finished on schedule- anyone who has ever done a project knows how rare that is. Brian and the team were very fair and competitive on pricing. Overall a great experience.

CalHome is the real deal. Over the course of 8 years i used them 3 times. The quality of work has always been top notch. Every project is completed on time and exactly what i wanted. A special shout out, one of the projects was years ago and i had a dmall issue come up. Within a week they came out and fixed it. I dont know many companies that would go that extra mile to keep a customer happy. I highly recommend them.
