TR Construction did a great job on our roof (lift and relay). We got 3 estimates and they were the only one that actually went on the roof for the estimate. Professional and knowledgeable all the way with the installers (led by Armando) giving us regular updates during the project. We had solar installed right afterward by another company and they have offered to come back out to check on the tiles. Would highly recommend TR Construction!

TR Construction remodeled my parents' entire home, and they did an absolutely incredible job. Because I live out of town, managing a renovation remotely could have been highly stressful, but their team was thorough, professional, and completely trustworthy from start to finish. They gave me total peace of mind throughout the entire process, and the final results speak for themselves. I highly recommend them for any major home renovation!

We worked with TR Construction between August 2025 and March 2026 (8 mo) on a major interior renovation spanning multiple trades (structural, trenching, plumbing, electrical, tiling, drywalling, painting, etc.). We did demo, design, and permitting separately, so I can't speak to those aspects, but I believe TR's team can handle all of those internally as well if desired. Overall, I'll start by saying that TR has assembled a great team of thoughtful, knowledgeable, and thorough folks across all trades. I can see why they've been around for over 20 years. Along with this, cost was extremely reasonable and straight to the point, in contrast with the many other GCs we screened during our initial bidding process. From start to finish TR's team was highly responsive and easy to work with, and in several instances went above and beyond what I thought were our agreed upon expectations. Our finished home turned out very close to how we initially envisioned, with probably any differences being our own changing opinions around certain design choices. If I were to offer a few minor critiques, they would be the following , though I believe these are generalizable to the construction industry

We had a major extension done on the house on Flanders Drive. I felt the quote was fair and reasonable. General contract was signed in April and we just finished final inspection in Nov. Overall, work was great. Working with Tony, Joshua, Dennis, Memo and the team was great. If you drive through Flanders, you would have seen the extension progress near Salk Elementary. Communication was open and we were aware of what to expect during the process. It was completed on time (6 months) and within budget barring a few minor improvements that were necessary as construction revealed them. Amazing team that I will be going back to for more work in the future. Recommend this team 100%, they will work hard to keep you happy. We did not have to leave our residence during this time. We only extended the living room and added a bedroom. Original bedrooms and other living space remained the same and we just extended into the front yard. Very happy with the extra space.

We first contacted TR Construction in 2018 when we bought a new home with old failing roof and looking rough on the outside. Owner Tony, who is a very friendly and knowledgeable professional, came out, gave us an estimate and provided references. The work started few weeks later and they did such a good job with stucco repairs, rebuilding dry rotted wood, painting exterior and replacing our roof. The TR Construction crew is truly awesome! They worked fast but always considered our comfort and safety: anytime they would see my car pull up they would stop all the work and make sure we get into the house safely, they kept work area clean too. At the end of 2019 we hired them again to remodel our two upstairs bathrooms. Once again it was a smooth process even with some delays from our cabinet and tile vendors, TR worked around it and never made a big deal. Every person who walked through our door from foreman, to tile guy, to plumber were super friendly and helpful and hard working. One of them even brought us super yummy pipping hot tamales around Christmas time, because my husband mentioned he loves them. Seriously the best bunch of guys!
