Patrick and Monica are fantastic. They both seem to know the business very well, and customer service was top notch. I found them when AAA informed me that they were canceling my homeowners insurance due to fire risk. I probably called 10 companies looking for quotes. Multiple companies told me they were not writing new policies due to fire risk and multiple companies did not call me back. I did get a few quotes from other mainstream companies that were pretty outrageous, and also a few from very questionable small companies with mixed reviews that were in the ballpark but still more than i was use to paying. Patrick and Monica got the insurance taken care of and with auto insurance being bundled into the policy, it is basically a break even financially for me in comparison to what I was already paying. I had a friend who retired from the insurance industry look over the contract, coverage, etc. and it seems to be as good if not better than what I had before. I am posting this review after signing the contract and receiving an email asking me to rate them. I recently purchased home insurance through California Home Insurance Professionals while switching from another carrier, and the experience was outstanding. Our situation was incredibly time-sensitive and stressful, but Patrick and Monica provided the highest quality, most professional service imaginable. They truly listened to our needs and went above and beyond to assist us every step of the way. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had with an insurance agency.
