I recently had the pleasure to work with Calvin Kam as a client to sell my two-bedroom condominium in early Spring 2026. Once we agreed he and Compass would be my selling partners, Calvin quickly organized his team to prepare a marketing plan and my property in early March to get ahead in the spring market for potential buyers. Calvin was patient answering my questions as I navigated a myriad of disclosure documents and encouraging the HOA to complete final documents. Throughout the process, Calvin kept in touch with me day and night to answer my questions and inform me of the status of potential buyers. My condominium property sold in 37 days which was under the average time to sell a condo in San Francisco. Overall, the selling process with Calvin's guidance went rather smoothly and I am happy with the final sale price. I highly recommend Calvin as a real estate agent.
