Charles is an exceptional agent. He has so many extraordinary reviews that I would like not to repeat them, but I agree with them all. Charles has a great eye and listening to what he believes needs to be changed for buyers if you are selling is a seriously smart move. He knows how and what to bother changing for a great sale price. He also has great strategies for how to set up a sale. I think one of Charles differentiators is that he really listens, has compassion and patience and cares about you getting your best price. He understands that there are comps to help but that they don’t demonstrate the beauty of a certain property. Which is what people fall in love with. Sure, staging helps, but people notice extraordinary when they visualize the staging gone. Charles is responsive and stays on top of his properties and listings. I can’t say enough good things about him. If you have a beautiful property or a property that needs some love, he is your guy.

Charles Jacob took a tiny , barely 1100 square foot home, that probably had not had any work done in 35 years and turned it into the gem of East Palo Alto, near the Dumbarton and walking distance to Facebook. I actually didn't recognize the same house that the family had owned for 35 years, after all the work was done. Remodeling bathrooms, kitchens, exposing gorgeous hardwood floors, n outdoor exterior , and changing the paint. Changing the landscape, giving the house a world of a difference in curb appeal, even family members and neighbors were gobsmacked at the final rendition. And then to turn around and field offers and negotiate prices higher than even the best expectations.... Overall , a very satisfactory and thorough experience.
