Received exceptional customer service from Service Advisor, Kris Bostic. He is exceeded expectations and made me feel like I can rely on Capital Chevy for my service needs. Recently I brought my Silverado EV RST in for service and was randomly assigned Kris. From previous visits, I didn’t have the best experience or service, and I contemplated taking my truck to a different dealership. Kris eliminated those concerns and earned my respect and repeat business. Jorge, Service Manager, should be recognized too. He is professional and wants to do right by the customer. I highly recommend Kris, Jorge, and Capital Chevy. Thoroughly impressed!! 10 out of 10 experience. Thanks again Kris!

i’m 70 years old and the salesman kept telling me the Silverado 1500 four-cylinder gets over 30 miles to a gallon. The sticker on the vehicle shows it only averages 18. I was there for a hybrid and they were trying to sell me a gasoline with low average mileage per gallon. I don’t feel that was cool. Also, Finance could not get the deal done. I have two vehicles in my name and was replacing one of those so it’s a fairly simple replacement loan they kept saying I needed thousands and thousands of dollars down and a cosigner.. I’m thinking what the hell I already have two vehicles in my name and I could sign on a third and I make $12,000 a month with only 2000 of total debt per month should have been an easy finance but nothing could be closed because they wanted more money. And higher interest rate rates. For example, GM advertises credit score 501 to 620 you get 13 to 14% interest rate. I would’ve been good with that but that’s not what I got offered. I know they’re busy and they’re popular but I say find someone else that is not misleading Bill Campbell

This has been hands down the best experience with a car salesperson, Jason Cardenas. We've walked out of many dealerships because they tell you one thing then it's something different at the end. I was very skeptical when my husband told me about the deals and made a bet with him that it was going to be like all the others. I know most of us don't enjoy dealing with salespeople but I'm pleasantly surprised and impressed with Jason, he gave off awesome honesty vibes and he came through for us. The deal was even better in person than was told on the phone. Well, that was a first and opposite that previous experiences. We purchased a 2024 Chevy Blazer EV. I cannot begin to say what an absolute redeeming experience this has been.
