Terrible customer service and poor quality wash I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. It felt like the staff just wanted to get rid of customers as quickly as possible, with absolutely no respect or value for customer service. The Wash Quality: I paid $18 for a self-service drive-through wash. After it finished, I quickly realized the car was not clean at all—I could still clearly see dirt and marks all over the exterior. The Service & Staff Interaction: The Floor Mats: I moved over to the vacuum section because I needed to clean a coffee spill off my rubber floor mat. After carrying the mats walking back and forth looking for a water hose to rinse the stain, I asked a young staff member where can I wash it off myself. He unhelpfully told me that since I only paid for the drive-through wash, they are not going to touch my mats and there is not a water hose that I can use onsite. The Towel Incident: Since the machine did such a poor job, I walked over to an older Mexican guy who was drying cars at the end of the tunnel to ask if I could borrow a towel to wipe down the leftover dirt myself. Went in there today for interior cleaning/detail. I waited for 30+mins but they did not begin to work on my car despite not even being at full capacity. The manager did not even explain the reason why it happened and promptly processed my request for refund and I got out of there. They did offer a free tire shine but it was a waste of my time and probably won’t get this particular service here again since the system isn’t organized.

Really good service. I went for a Premiere car wash of about $18 Didi it twice. Had good experience both times. Automated car wash drives out most of the dirt and then there are magical people at the end of the wash perfecting the clean. Kudos to all of the cleaners and support staff!

Wow — I purchase the Express Detail after picking my car up from maintenance at Subaru dealership. I’ve been to many car washes. The workers at this place spent so much time cleaning the interior of my car for such a reasonable price. BEST CAR WASH I HAVE BEEN TO IN THE BAY AREA!

Paid for both inside and outside cleaning, specially the inside cleaning, the guy spent about 20 minutes and did an excellent job! One of the BEST car wash shop I’ve ever seen!
