Prior to today, I had only ever washed my car myself. But my car was getting to the point where there was dust all over the exterior, hard-to-remove streaks on the windshield, and tree sap all over. I was scouring the internet looking for places that were delicate with Teslas, when I found PHCW. I arrived around 9:15 AM this morning, asked for the $80 Deluxe Detail Wash, and left my phone number with the staff so they could contact me when my car was ready for pickup. Despite several cars being in front of me, Rafa texted me that my car was done at 11:05 AM. I was very thoroughly impressed by the condition of my car when I picked it up. I was worried that by paying $80 compared to $200 or $250 that it would show in the results, but the staff at PHCW did an amazing job. There were some water spots left over, but honestly, for $80, the car came out a lot better than I expected. I 100% will be coming back.

I’ve been coming here for a while, and yesterday was my 6th visit and unfortunately the service has really declined. My previous visit (the 5th) left water stains and watermarks all over the car, but I let it go thinking it was just a one-off mistake. Yesterday, the exact same thing happened. The car wasn't washed properly at all—there were water spots, and the front glass had so many small dots on it that I initially thought may be dust bit when checking keenly i realized those are bug splash. On top of that, the front bumper net seemed untouched,and mirrors were left dirty as well. Please pay attention to details. Poor quality control like this is how loyal customers are lost. I really hope management takes steps to fix this🙏🏻

I really expected more for $250 and will not be returning for this service. There were alot of spots that didn't get attention on my truck. Lots of dust left by door handles and Lots of dirt in door seals that get wiped and blown out in other places I've been. Its a good shop, very friendly and clean waiting area, the staff was also nice as well. I just won't be coming back to spend so much money when there are other places that will do a deep clean and detail for $250.

Update: I’m updating my review. I actually went back a second time to get it deeply cleaned but sent my partner. She just wanted to get the wheel well and under carriage cleaned but they upsold her on the detailing with ceramic and claying. They said to fix the water spots it must be clayed. This car is PPF’d and that can be fine but I don’t trust them with that. Also my J fell off. Last time the wool mitts got stuck on the emblem and i’m very sure it fell off there. It was nicely polished as if nothing was there. I now have an “Aguar”. They also didn’t close the hood correctly so my partner drove with the hood half open before noticing. Again, this is just not what I want for a nicer car. There is just too much carelessness and upselling. I got to have the experience for $550. Original Review: They did a fine job but nothing spectacular. It definitely shined but the towels they use left threads on the interior and was stuck on certain pieces of trim. I was also surprised to see some water stains on the bumper and door after the wash.

First time at Pacific Hand Car Wash and I was seriously impressed. I went with the Extra Clean Detail Wash and my SUV came out looking amazing—super clean inside and out, with the tires looking great too. What really stood out was the attention to detail. They clearly took great care of my car and even went the extra mile by attaching the license plate holder my dealer had left in the trunk. Totally unexpected and very appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back. Service was above and beyond. Highly recommend.
