Vanessa is a great saleswoman and she makes you feel right at home! She was so kind and welcoming right off the bat! We couldn’t be happier with the hospitality from almost all of the staff! Including the sales manager, Brianna! Thank you guys so much for your hospitality and your help in making sure we left with the vehicle of our choosing and big smiles on our faces!!

Worst place ever. My husband purchased a vehicle from here on the 17th. They sold the vehicle with warped and cracked tires. I told them specifically that they had to be replaced. The sales manager took a look at them and said they were still good. The lady that helped us said they can be replaced in 8 to 9 months.. Tell me why by the 23rd one had a slow leak and another blew out. Barely made it home safe. I have a child, imagine if I was on the freeway... This is also my only form of transportation. So I called CarMax. They towed the vehicle and then they said they would update us and let us know what they would do for us that same day. Not once did they call. Now I'm calling and some lady in the service center said that I never needed a courtesy vehicle which isn't true! Im out of a car until god knows when. I cannot express the stress this place has caused me. If you are looking to buy go elsewhere please!

Totally enjoyable experience. Our sales representative, Frank, bent over backwards to facilitate a great buying experience. There was no pressure applied to make any of the most important decisions. He allowed us plenty of time to decide on the best vehicle for us. He allowed us to comparison shop between the two vehicles of our choosing. This was a deal maker for me.i would and will recommend Carmax to my friends and family and we will certainly return for any future car needs.

Gave relevant info online, received an offer, made an appointment online, arrived site with the car, left with the money within an hour. This is probably the best car selling experience I had. I waited when I received the 1st offer for a couple of week. Then received a better offer and decided to accept. It was less than the estimate for selling it to private party on my own, but greater than what the dealership offered. When I arrived at the Capitol Exp Way site, someone greeted me and directed me to the car-selling check-in counter. Where someone checked me in, got one of my key, and asked me to wait for the validation of my car condition. That took about 20 minutes. Then they presented me the final offer which is exactly the one I received earlier. When I accepted, they copied my ID and asked me to wait for the person for final transfer. Few minutes later, a lady sat me at a "signing station" and went through all the DMV processes and paperworks. At the end, she gave me a copy of all documents I signed and a check. They would have given me a free ride home, but I have previously arranged one already. The whole process took about an hour.

Saphie, Jay and Jorge in the service department are the BEST!! They took such good care of me when my truck got scratched from the delivery. The backup camera was out too, they fixed it! They also hooked me up with brand new tires and shocks!! Then later the air system had a problem. They fixed that and my rattly back slider, all under warranty! Super smooth. Carmax is great but their service team at Capitol is fantastic!
