So I’ve been coming here a while the staff is cool. They look out for you. They’re very fair. And YOHANA…..she’s who you need to see. I swear every time I come here she’s here. It’s like she never goes home but check them out. Ask for Yohana and tell her Cliff sent you!

Maria did such an amazing job with me today! She was professional, kind, patient, and made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. I have been a long time customer with CashCo and I would definitely recommend this place. The staff is remarkable and the customer service is out of this world. Willy who is the manager is really down to earth and makes sure that your needs are met. Reina is also excellent and when you receive outstanding customer service, you always tend to go back and shop more. I brought in my chains that were tangled and Tony was excellent in unraveling all of them. Again, excellent customer service from the team and when you have a compassionate manager like Willy who trains the staff and the staff gives excellent customer service, they will eventually have a strong clientele such as myself who will always return and do business with them. Thank you Willy, Tony, and Reina and the whole entire CashCo staff for keeping me happy and always want to come back and do business with you but most importantly, I don’t feel like a clientele anymore but rather feel like a family to you because we have known each other so long that we are surpassed that clientele relationship and have developed a beautiful bond of friendship and family.

Shoutout and a HUGE thank you to Willy for being so helpful during a time of need and distress because it was very much NEEDED. He was honest, fast, and made sure I understood all the terms of my pawn. Excellent customer service that really helped me out of a bind! Highly recommend this location if you want to be treated like a person, not just a transaction.
