OVERPRICED! Example a Taylor GA4 you can buy excellent condition online for $1099, the price for their GA4 with splits and damage to it in the pawn shop is $1999. You could pay hundreds of dollars more than the item is worth. They had “final price” stickers on many items and the final price was more than you could find online for better condition. Get ripped off a lot or a get ripped off a little bit, that’s your options for buying at this store after they ripped off whoever they bought it from.

Worst customer service ever!! I’ve called 6x to ask a quick question and I’m being yelled at to please hold every time I call and can’t get a word in with the rude girl who answers the phone.

Great Pawn Shop. Service is friendly, they've got clear-cut contracts, and have modernized the Pawn business. Also, the fact that they're open 7 days a week is super-helpful.
