Shrabya could not have been nicer. They were about to close and my drip was taking longer than it should have, but – she did not rush things. She took her time, even though it was late and she would normally have been going home – she was so generous- She was the kind of nice that sells you on a place forever. Everything else was really good - The cozy pod the hydration itself. Everything was smooth – all in all the best IV hydration experience I’ve ever had..

Went there 2 weeks ago, didn’t have an appointment and saw that they were accepting walk-in. Right away everyone was very nice and accommodating. Yasmin did my treatment and she was very gentle and I didn’t bruise which made me really happy since I had a family reunion that’s weekend! Will definitely come back for more treatments! Thank you! 😊

I’m not really a review leaver but I haven’t been this dissatisfied with a service in a long time… my fiance (at the time) called to schedule Botox in my masseter as a gift to me because I have been experiencing bad TMJ. They recommended 10 units to him over the phone and said it would be fine to just inject the side giving problems. When I actually got there they told me it doesn’t make any sense to do one side because your face will be lob sided and they recommended 30 units, which is uncomfortable and far more than we anticipated paying. We moved ahead with 20 units to start and her after care instruction was not to sweat for 24 hours and to stay upright for 4. After going to a different place (far later) they explained a lot more after care instructions that were missed. A couple days later, at a friends courthouse wedding I notice that my smile is completely altered. The Botox must have migrated. My smile looked so silly and fell down on the left side and still went up on the right side (attached photos, last one is my original smile) and I was really insecure about it. I have been treated twice at this spa. My most recent visit being last week for a cortisone shot for my cystic acne breakout. Both times my experience has been nothing but amazing! From the very clean and relaxing environment, to the world-class customer service offered by every staff member and medical providers. Montana was very professional and knowledgeable with the injections and the results were perfection. I also appreciate that this spa is open on Sundays! That kind of availability from a med spa is hard to come by and VERY much appreciated! I will be returning for my other med spa needs. Thank you Cienega Spa!

I loveeee this med spa. The aesthetic of the facility plus the attitudes of everyone who works here is phenomenal. I always get the Myers cocktail IV therapy every time I’m feeling a bit sluggish. The energy pods are relaxing and add the perfect touch for relaxation. Montana and Victoria get it. They’re so great!!!!
