I had cool sculpting done by Anna at the Silverlake location. I absolutely love her. She is so pretty, so kind AND not intimidating. In fact, I enjoyed the entire staff. Also great promos and great prices. Thank you !!!! Xo Also, I had coolsculpting done about five years ago. The recovery was pretty uncomfortable. I had a lot of swelling, redness, bruising, soreness, blah blah blah. With The new technology, I had zero discomfort. It’s a little weird, feeling numb in the areas where the machine placed, but whatever, I’ll take numbness over a little bit of stubborn fat any day. I had my lower belly done, a little area on my hips and my lower back / bra pudge area. It’s been a week and I’m already starting to see results.

Inconsistent pricing and hidden fees. I specifically asked per unit pricing before my treatment and was told something else at the counter, and had to argue to get the price that was offered. Also, I am eligible for a discount because I work at a nearby business but the discount was not offered in full (I was given half of what had been advertised). There was an extra fee for a medical clearance that was not disclosed until I was already on the table. It was advised that it would be returned as a credit. Upon checkout they clarified that the credit is at a future visit. When I asked what happens if I don't return for a visit I was assured "most people come back" (in a bit of a condescending tone). Only at the end of service was I told there's a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. And finally, my appointment was at a specific time and I wasn't seen for 15 minutes, which required me to rearrange my next appointment of the day. There's a first time for everything; this is one patron who will certainly not be back.

I always have such a great experience here! The team is professional, welcoming, and they always make me feel comfortable and taken care of. I’ve been coming in for CoolTone/CoolSculpting treatments and they consistently give me amazing service every time. They take the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and make sure I’m happy with my results. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and knowledgeable med spa!

This was my first time doing CoolSculpting, CoolTone, and Botox all in one visit, and overall I had a positive experience. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling was smooth, the staff was attentive, and everything felt organized and professional during my appointment. That said, I was surprised by the tipping request at checkout. This is a medical spa offering high-cost, medically supervised procedures, and I was prompted to leave a percentage-based tip on services totaling in the thousands. In my experience, and as a healthcare provider myself, tipping is not standard practice in most medical or clinically oriented med spa settings. It felt out of place and a bit uncomfortable in that context. The quality of care itself was good, but the tipping structure doesn’t align with what I consider standard for medical services. Because of that, I likely wouldn’t return and would choose a practice that follows a more traditional medical pricing model. Overall, a good experience in terms of service and staff, but the checkout experience left me hesitant.

Nurse Ashley was so amazing!! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in great hands. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to what I wanted to achieve. Instead of rushing through the appointment, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her technique was gentle and precise. The results look natural, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
