I know the reason why Little Tokyo branch is low rating. Very bad service. Might a person assist me is a maneger this branch. He must learn the customer service.

I had a great experience at the Little Tokyo branch with Stephanie. Since opening my business account six months ago, I’ve struggled to get proper assistance from multiple locations. Today I called six branches, and Little Tokyo was one of the only ones that answered. Stephanie was understanding, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to listen to my situation and resolved my issue — including fixing my Zelle business account — without requiring me to schedule another appointment. After a stressful day trying to get help, I truly appreciated her professionalism and support. Thank you, Stephanie.

Customer services is horrible. Not sure why this location is a branch if they can't solve anyone's issues.

What is the point of having physical bank branches if they cannot solve any problems? My account was closed without any explanation. I went to the branch in person for help, but the staff here are completely powerless. Their only "solution" is to tell customers to call a customer service hotline that is impossible to get through to. It's an endless loop: the branch tells you to call, and the phone system keeps you on hold forever. This is the definition of "passing the buck" and a complete waste of the customer's time. If the branches are not equipped to handle basic account issues, then just close them all down and save us the trip. Absolutely terrible and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before banking here if you ever need in-person support.

Always gives problems when cashing a check. They need to call account holder and ask if it's ok to cash the check? ok maybe I understand that part because it's a security issue, but 10 minutes turned to 30 and she still hadn't called! i couldn't believe it. I told her never mind and took my check from her.
