I honestly don’t know how they have these good reviews. They charge a lot for less than subpar work. I’ve had several house cleaners come clean my house before but never one as bad as this one. They sent one person to do a “deep cleaning” on a 3bed/2ba house and she only “cleaned” for about 4 hours and got charged almost $400! All she did was move the dirt around and called it a day. I warn everyone to not use this company at all, unless you’re blind and can’t see the horrible work they do or don’t do. I did get half refunded but even then that was way too much for what the lady “cleaned”. Horrible company and horrible workers. These are just some of the pictures taken right after she did a “deep clean”. It’s sad that there are no more honest workers/companies that take pride in their work anymore.

Clean Me Up Scotty did a great job deep cleaning my home. The team was professional, thorough, and left the house looking and smelling fresh. They paid attention to details and worked efficiently. I was very pleased with the service and would use them again.

Clean Me Up Scotty provides excellent customer service,they’re very responsive and easy to communicate with. The cleaning was done thoroughly, and the cleaner did a great job overall. I highly recommend their services!

I would not recommend this cleaning service. I never leave bad reviews and I’d like to give everyone a chance to make things right. That being said, we hired this cleaning company to do a move out clean of our apartment. They sent one cleaner to do our unit and it turns out it was her first clean (found out later). Thankfully I hadn’t left town yet and I went to check on the clean and noticed a lot was left dirty (blinds, fridge, fans, sinks). I messaged them and they got her back out to the property the next day. I let my landlord know that the cleaner had come back to address the missed areas, but when my landlord arrived, our unit was still unreasonably dirty. Even the specific areas I named and sent photos of were still not addressed. I’m not blaming the cleaner, it was her first clean. There should be better training for these cleaners or someone should check their work. The most frustrating part of this experience is how they’ve dealt with it. The person that has been “helping” me has tried to blame my landlord for not working with them to come back a 3rd time, has told me that the cleaner won’t get paid if they refund us, and has been very unresponsive over text. I couldn’t give a five star because you had to cancel my cleaning date. But Jessica! that came did an amazing job just like I needed her to do. She’s kind and thorough. Francis was very kind on the phone and did everything he could to accommodate once the first Cleaner cannot come. Also, the detail of my house that you had posted is not correct it was 1600 ft.² and three bedroom two bath. 5 star for cleaning. 4 star for company due to date change.
