We hired Coastal House Cleaning when we were getting ready to move out of our home after living there for many years. On top of the move, we had also done some remodeling and updates to the bathrooms and kitchen, along with new flooring throughout the house, so there was a lot of dust and construction mess behind. We needed a dependable house cleaning service in San Diego that could handle both the post construction cleanup and move out cleaning and they really came through. They were easy to communicate with, very thorough, did a great job getting the house cleaned up and ready for the next step. It took a lot of stress off our plate during a busy time, and I definitely recommend them!

This is a Family owned cleaning service. The my are very prompt and efficient. Jessika was super helpful explaining all the services and pricing. Our house cleaner Sandra was on time, friendly and extremely thorough. We had the move in cleaning service and they made it spotless. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend them and will use them again

I am a property manager, I deal with deep cleans every time someone moves out, for many years now. The photos attached are from a deep clean done at a unit we will be renting. Jessika was a complete pleasure to work with, the portal system they use is GREAT! And if you are in a property management company, I recommend their services. I am very pleased with the first time using them doing a unit turn. Thanks again Jessika and team for working with me so quickly and getting it done, the right way! This review is for a post construction clean for my house that is around 2200 sq ft, we did not get the entire house cleaned since we are still renovating. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms cleaned. 2 people came and were at our house for about 6.5 hours. I came towards the end to check the cleaning. The master bathroom appeared clean to the eye, but when I wiped my hands on the vanity counter and shower walls there were layers of dust that I picked up. Same with the inside of the kitchen cabinets. Some of the kitchen cabinets have sawdust you can still see, and some didn’t look like they were touched at all. We usually don’t wear shoes in the house so I was walking barefoot in our master bedroom and my feet were covered in dust and dirt, you can feel the dust when walking on the floor. They did clean the kitchen and living room floors and the kitchen counters well. I pointed the issues out when they were still there, and they did go back over the areas. There were still layers of dust when they were done. I called the owner and sent photos of my concerns. She did offer to have them come back. I wasn’t sure how much better it would get when I already had them go back over the areas
