Great experience with Mexi Maids Cleaning! They cleaned both our condo and the carpets for our move-out. The team was professional, efficient, and did a great job. The service was affordable, and everything was completed quickly. They also provided the cleaning receipts we needed for our landlord. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable move-out cleaning in San Diego!

Requested a move in clean for a house that had been vacant for 6 months and before that, a bachelor had been living in it. I was clear about how dirty I thought the place was. And I know that I have high standards for cleanliness but I should have trusted the review I saw where they said price is high and quality is not there. $610 for 3 hrs and 20 minutes for a 3 person crew cleaning a 2/2 1400 sqft home and 200? Sqft ADU. They promised to clean behind the fridge and did not. There are still grimy spots on kitchen drawers and along the backsplash in the kitchen and clumps of fur and dust behind a door. The rest of it was fine. House does smell clean but not my standard for a move in clean. Definitely won’t be using again. Edit to add: They did reach out and offer to come back to clean the missed spots and I appreciate that, but will not be utilizing that offer. I’ve added more pictures as I go through the house and find other things that weren’t cleaned. Downgrading my rating because this is ridiculous for the price I paid.

Horrible. Do not use them. I requested a deep clean for my apartment. I asked for specific items I wanted cleaned; walls, baseboards, windows, cabinets, in the couch, fridge, oven etc. Juan, understood and estimated $250-$450 for 500 square foot apartment. The quality of the work is poor and the cost too high. I called the company. First you’re talking to AI via text, sometimes Juan. He said they can send someone out and I can show them what they missed. I wasn’t available to do a walk through or provide them more time than we originally agreed to. What they missed was obvious, you can see it in the pictures. They burned a decorative cutting board from my late grandma, broke a charger, the cabinets, walls, and couch not even touched, fans and door frame dusty. In addition to poor quality, the customer service and effort to fix things is sub par. I was told a manager will reach out to me soon. I haven’t heard from the company since I asked for partial refund. If you do decide to use the company, do not ask for a deep clean. Ask for a regular clean and set your expectations low.

They used pet-friendly products and showed great attention to detail throughout the entire cleaning. I’m very grateful for their hard work and will be requesting their services again in January. The pricing felt fair considering the amount of manual work involved and the significant time it saved me. I also had the carpets deep-cleaned, which was absolutely worth it—the team removed several tough stains and the results were excellent.
