My team, Heather, Zara, and Victoria, arrived on time and listened attentively to my preferences. They were very attentive to detail, ensuring my deep clean was a proper “reset”. They got all the dust bunnies, scrubbed my PITA shower, and made everything shine. They were careful with my curios and listened to feedback as I mentioned a few extra spots and ensured I was happy before they left. Worth every penny.

This cleaning service far exceeded my expectations. For back ground I have two pets, and likely have brought back a few small beaches worth in sand to my house. My cleaners were Eva and Kat, they were extremely thorough. The appliances I have from the 90’s look brand new. And lastly the bathrooms look absolutely fantastic a night and day difference

I hired Clens Cleaning to clean my condo. I emphasized that I wanted my balcony cleaned very thoroughly. Somehow they interpreted this as me wanting only my balcony cleaned. The interior was not cleaned and unfortunately, the balcony was not cleaned very well. This costed $250, which is on par for most deep cleans. Customer service was prompt to get back to me regarding my concerns, but unfortunately, they didn’t do anything to attempt to correct the situation. It would have been nice to have another cleaner sent out to correct the situation. I have paid a lot less for a more thorough clean.

Our experience with Clens Cleaning is very satisfying. We had a move out cleaning. They were easy to communicate and professional. Cleaners arrived on time and did a great job. I definitely recommend this company.
