Heard 2 star reviews are harder to get removed. This place been the go to for the past couple years for fanime. This year (2026) they stopped doing the parking pass for fanime weekend. This really came in clutch because I sell during the swap meet. The parking pass gave in and out privileges and in my case it let me park close so I can carry my things to the blue tent next door. I hope they can change it back next year to help those that really needed it.

I have been going here for years. The garage payment always does weird things like $25 dollars flat rate for a “day” but when you leave, the machine wants $50. A day is 24 hours? No? Apparently it’s 24 hours, but it resets at midnight? There’s no where to find this out. All the doors to the convention center are locked, so you may end up walking less if you park somewhere farther away. They expanded the convention center, but not the parking, so the garage will fill up if you come for an event. This garage is one of the reasons I don’t like to go to The SJ Convention Center anymore.

They do not honor the $5 flat rate for tech museum. It took me 20 minutes after graciously paying $5 at the kiosk to walk to my car (mind you it was hard to find the stairs because the side ones are locked), putting my child in her car seat, drive around the maze of a parking lot to the exit. Only to be charged another $2 because I took too long? Getting tech museum parking validation is $5, but they made me pay $2 more just because.

Extremely cheap ($1/15 mins and a $25/day maximum), with plenty of space to park. Most spaces were also wide enough to comfortably park, and the ramp was easy to enter from the outside. However, it was extremely dirty, especially near the elevators to exit.
