1000% Customer Satisfaction I stopped by the dealership yesterday and purchased a brand-new 2026 LT2 Corvette Stingray. I left with an outstanding deal and the car of my dreams. For over a week, Sergio provided exceptional service, keeping me informed with multiple detailed walk-around videos via email. When I drove down to San Diego, I had the pleasure of working with Sergio, Hector, the floor manager, and the finance team. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly committed to making the process smooth and enjoyable. This might be a little premature because my truck hasn't been delivered yet so, check for an update in case a problem arose lol. This was my first truck purchase. It took me months to find exactly what I want and when I did, it just happened to be out of state.🙄 I was not thrilled about purchasing my first truck sight unseen. Luckily, I have a friend in SD that was willing to go check it out, test drive it, and report back. He had nothing but good things to say. The staff at Courtesy was super helpful and friendly. There was no lack in communication, from start to finish, whatsoever! The process was seamless. Shoutout to Danny, Christa, Omar (OG!), and especially the homie Ramon for their assistance and recognizing this as the special occasion it is. 🤙🏾

I had a great experience working with Aubrey Ravelo at Courtesy Chevrolet Center. He is an excellent service adviser very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure everything was handled smoothly and on time. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, but Aubrey definitely goes above and beyond. I highly recommend asking for him if you need service he’ll take great care of you

Courtesy Chevrolet is and always will be my number one go to place to buy a car. This is the most professional car lot I have ever been to I am a VIP member and will never go anywhere else to buy a car but here. I just bought my fourth car from there and it was an A1 excellent experience! It took a while for me to get all my ducks in a row but I was able to pick the car I wanted and signed the deal all the same day. They even transported me to there and I got to drive away in my own car. I refer anyone who's looking for a new car to hear, even their body shop and maintenance work is awesome. We are very happy with the new purchase for my mother in law new ride. Danny was super helpful and gave us a 5 star service. The price was spot on he also speaks Spanish and that made my mother in law very comfortable. The total time for the transaction was about 3 hr which is ey faster than 90% of the dealerships. The staff was super friendly and we even got lunch here. I would 100% recommend this dealership. If you are thinking in goin to national city don’t even bother. Here is the place to do business.
