Pretty rude and dismissive. Not much work ethic on their end. Gave him a call asking if the car was available and he said yes, and when I asked for maintenance records he replied “big and small.” When I asked to see them he made clear “I am not going to repeat myself, we have maintenance records. Never mind the car is reserved for someone else.” And hung up on me right away. I called back later to see if he had cooled down because maybe there was some misunderstanding and when I said “hey I hope everything’s okay, I wanted to check in on the car again” he laughed and said “you will not be getting this car, go somewhere else.” And then proceeded to hang up. That was the full extent of our conversation, but considering Sean the owner was the person I spoke with - I expected there to be a bit more customer service. After reading the reviews about his license suspension and his lack of transparency regarding maintenance records, I believe I struck a nerve when I asked. After I left a review on Google, he responded back explaining that I had left threats for him and his staff (I think he’s the only one that works there) - which was a sad and faulty attempt at trying to devalue my revie

Ahsan did an amazing job with the truck! Even went with me to the credit union and made the process as smooth as can be! Couldn’t be happier, he really takes care of his customers. Highly recommend!! Will be back for sure!

Just finished conducting my sale transaction here with Ashan. Everything regarding this transaction was as promised and as advertised. No hidden issues, The vehicle frame is in good condition. Minor surface rust only. Vehicle body in excellent condition. This guy is a totally honest dealer. Highly recommend.

Great experience at San Diego auto house buying my first ever overland Cruiser. I was looking for a used Land Cruiser and came across San Diego auto house. I must say what an amazing collection of vehicles. Talked to the gentleman name Ahsan who knows his stuff and is very knowledgeable. Took his time and Briefly explained me how the whole process works. Great place to buy a used vehicle. Highly recommend it. Thank you Ahsan

Shane was not just the best but THE MAN I MEAN IT. Shane just lifted so much weight for my shoulders understanding and working worth what I possibly could do. With my credit and money down I got my dream car as a 21 year old kid. This is the spot. He guides and even stays for you past closing hours. It’s 6:30 pm I now finally got everything done. Shane you truly deserve way more credit than just this review. I truly am blessed and happy with everything today!!! E Class 350 YES SIR
