We chose this RV resort because of its convenient location for returning our motorhome to Cruise America near San Francisco after driving from Yosemite National Park. After spending three weeks traveling through several states and staying at a variety of campgrounds, we can confidently say that this was by far the best one. The entire property was well maintained, and the staff did an excellent job keeping everything clean and organized. The customer service was outstanding, and everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was a great bonus, and we were especially impressed by how clean the restrooms and showers were at all times. There was also a pool table and several other recreational activities, making it a great place to relax after a long trip. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this RV resort to anyone traveling in the area.

The facility itself is nice including the office and the amenities. BUT! The ants are HORRIBLE and the landscaping is HORRIBLE. When we first βappliedβ to stay at this campground, we selected one of the larger spots. We arrive and we are put into a small spot, after asking numerous times to be moved itβs a different story every single time for weeks. We were asked 4 seperate times if we would like to be on βthe waiting listβ for the spot we were supposed to have and we got on every time, so that goes to show we were lied to EACH TIME! BUT when you do book this place, they do not tell you which spot you are getting until you arrive. So they are fully capable of moving your current spot. They choose not to and they pick favorites. Watching people around the park move to different spots and yet itβs another story for us. Numerous people told us to stay away from this place for this exact reason and we tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. If youβre searching for a campground that prides in customer communication and professionalism, I do not recommend this place at all. Definitely will not be back.

We've stayed at Coyote Valley RV Park before and had a great experience, which makes this review especially disappointing. This stay, our site (in the 140s) was overrun with ants. The infestation was so severe that we had to buy our own ant spray, lost well over $100 in food, and are now bringing ants home in our RV. What was most frustrating wasn't just the antsβit was how the situation was handled. We were told that the 140 sites are "really a problem." Later, however, when speaking to the owner she claimed they weren't aware of an ant problem. Those two statements don't line up. We talked with a few of the long-term residents around us and they all have ant problems. The management seems to want to keep it quiet by intimidating long-term residents and staff. When we asked for some reasonable accommodation, even just a refund for a couple of nights, there was no willingness to work with us. Instead, we were told the ants were probably already in our RV and were advised to Google how to get rid of them. By doing our own investigation with the people who were parked around us, obviously, this was a known problem and the owner was flat-out lying. We weren't looking for a free va

Coyote Valley RV Resort is a well laid out, well kept place with a great staff. The grounds are nice. The facilities including the pool(s), laundry(s), and dog park(s) are super nice. Easy access to the Coyote Creek walking/biking paved path that goes for miles. Be sure to come into the park from the south, don't follow the GPS if it tells you to come in from the north and make a U-turn, instead go down the 101 to Morgan Hill and come back north. The park is safe. One thing about the park is over 85% of the residents are long term. We stayed there multiple times for a couple of weeks at a time. The many long term residents does make the park a great place for kids and pets and contributes to how well run and kept the park is. Everybody there is really nice.
