We arrived late, 7:00pm, and they were prepared for us anyhow. We pulled right into our spot. It was well kept, clean and quiet.

The best park in the area for the amenities , location and price 👌 lots are alil small but your in town 3 mins from hwy 101 definitely not paying 2500 a month at coyote rv resort for sure

The community is welcoming. I feel like I’m on vacation because I am able to relax in the quiet environment. I am able to swim everyday and have a little store to buy snacks and drinks it is so nice.The restrooms are clean and showers are useful. The laundry rooms are always busy but glad there is one by the pool. I hope it would be more welcoming to having visitors because I would love to have my family visit.

Very nice facility for a short term stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool, hot tub and showers were all clean and well kept. Our children had a ball riding around on their bikes and we felt safe. There are long term and short term residents and everyone seemed polite and respectful. The price was good and I certainly would return.
