This upscale store The ninja freeze drink is on display with sample cups. Might be helpful to have a sign indicating that is in the free sample and an employee available to manage this as I saw a 4 year old self serve. They offer a great selection of upscale home furnishings for all rooms and outdoors including a kids section. The items are mostly minimalistic in color palette, well-constructed, and mostly easy to maintain. We found a great sofa and durable placemats. I also chose some new kitchen items like a whisk and spoons. The second floor is accessible by elevator or escalator and not that the escalator is very narrow. Accessible double door entries, accessible venue Tags are legible Van accessible parking at Satana Row parking garage with free parking fir 2 hours then $6 an hour. No signs posted for prices in garage. Some street parking available for 2 hours

Very disappointing experience with both product quality and store management, especially after years of being a loyal customer of this location and consistently going out of my way to continue purchasing through this store. We purchased an outdoor table through this Crate & Barrel for a residential client, and less than a year later the tabletop began progressively cracking and splitting at the corners under normal covered outdoor use. After documenting the issue thoroughly with photographs, management dismissed the concern entirely based on final sale policy rather than acknowledging the obvious product defect and latent structural failure. As a design professional who regularly sources furnishings for clients, I expected far greater accountability, product support, and customer care from a brand and store team I have trusted for years. When a vendor is unwilling to stand behind defective merchandise, it becomes extremely difficult to continue specifying products or recommending the brand with confidence. This was a very disappointing and eye-opening experience overall.

I had such a great experience at Crate & Barrel today and really wanted to give a shout out to Ko, one of the store associates. She was incredibly kind and patient. I was buying Christmas decorations here, but I had bought another gift from Williams Sonoma earlier, and that experience was pretty bad. They didn’t have a box that fit, and even after I asked, they forced the item into a small box that ended up breaking. It really stressed me out. When I asked Ko if she could help wrap everything together, she was so careful and made sure everything looked great. Especially during such a busy holiday season, her attitude really stood out. Thank you so much, Ko! You truly saved my day. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season.

I’m not sure I’m qualified to review this store. It seems nice. My wife comes here to buy stuff. The stuff seems expensive but pretty good. I was consulted about the stuff (specifically dining table) once so I went to the store and store people were nice to me despite my weird sense of humor. So overall I give them five stars.

This place was everything I could have hoped for as a customer. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee named Mary. I needed to stock an entire kitchen from owning zero of what I needed. Having just moved here, I wanted to start fresh. And owned nothing. Mary and I walked around for quite some time, choosing everything from plates to peelers to bathroom towels. She easily entered my selections and changed and updated them as I changed my mind again and again. I took home my quote the first day and went to my hotel to make changes. I returned the next day to finalize and place the order. This is when Megan came from behind the scenes and coordinated every item on my list. To be concise, Megan and Mary choreographed the entire order. Some stuff I packed out in four bags with the rest of the stuff in two weeks. (My needed date) As I awaited the finalization of my order, Megan had employees arriving from all over the store to prepare it. It literally was "all hands on board," making it happen.
